Delivery

Thai Fresh Direct delivers to your business throughout most of the UK using our fleet of refrigerated vans. In selected areas, deliveries are handled by two national courier companies known for their excellent service track records. 

 

Orders placed by Tuesday at 4:00 PM will be delivered between Monday and Wednesday of the following week.


Minimum Order Requirement

The minimum order amount is £70.

Delivery charges

For orders up to 10 kg in weight, the delivery charge is £5. For orders exceeding 10 kg, an additional charge of £0.50 per extra kilo will be applied.

Free Delivery

Delivery is free for orders over £100 and up to 10 kilos, but only for selected postcodes. For orders exceeding 10 kg, an additional charge of £0.50 per extra kilo will be applied.

Excluded Areas

We are not delivering to the below areas:

  • Scottish Highlands
  • Scottish Islands
  • Isle of Wight
  • Isle of Man
  • Scilly Isles
  • Northern Ireland

Special Arrangements

For large orders in terms of value and weight, or for any specific delivery requests, please contact us to discuss alternative delivery options. We may be able to send our vans to many other areas on specific days of the week.
